We accept cats and some small caged animals
Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
$350 non-refundable pet fee
$30 monthly fee
We do not allow dogs as pets.

We allow two vehicles per unit
to be kept on the property. We ask all residents to park one vehicle in their assigned garage .
Visitors may park in open spaces in the parking lot.

Renter's insurance is required to live at
Lamoreaux Farms. You can purchase your renters insurance policy through any carrier you wish, but a policy is required before
lease signing.
I LOVE living here!! At Lamoreaux Farms I feel safe, it's conveniently located, and they really take good care of their residents. The garage and convenient parking is one of the many amenities that I love!
