Just minutes from one of the cutest downtowns in all of Michigan! Rockford is full of boutiques, family dining, bars and gift-shops. Take a walk down the White Pine Trail or watch the fly fisherman on the Rogue River. The Rockford Farmer's Market is open May-October and is boasted as one of the best in the state and is a wonderful way to spend a Saturday. Take the kiddos to the Krause Memorial Library or have some fun at Rockford Lanes. Adventure more your thing? Take a ride or hike through Merrell Trail, Luton Park or Cannonsburg Ski Area. We accept cats and some small caged animals
Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
$250 non-refundable pet fee
$20 monthly fee
We do not allow dogs as pets.

We allow two vehicles per unit
to be kept on the property. We ask all residents to park one vehicle in their assigned garage .
Visitors may park in open spaces in the parking lot.

Renter's insurance is required to live at
Lamoreaux Farms. You can purchase your renters insurance policy through any carrier you wish, but a policy is required before
lease signing.
